The primary goal of the Azerbaijan State Scholarship program is to “foster the growth of young individuals into competitive and proficient experts who embrace contemporary technologies, guaranteeing the future progress of the Republic of Azerbaijan and addressing global demands. The program aims to equip Azerbaijani students with practical knowledge and skills, enabling them to meet the requirements of the present and future job market.”

– Payment of the 1st-semester tuition fee needs to be done by the student to Koç University through the Param online payment system
– The student will get their student enrollment certificate in October after completing their registration to the university
– Azerbaijan State Scholarship Program will proceed with the refund of the 1st-semester tuition fee during the Fall term once the students submit the documents required by them
– Payment of the 1st-semester tuition fee needs to be done by the student to Koç University
